Middle Twp Clean Up Rescheduled: Nov. 4

UPDATE: Due to forecasted rain, the Middle Township-wide Clean Up has been rescheduled for Saturday, Nov.4. All other event information remains the same. Community participation and advance registration are encouraged.
COURT HOUSE – Middle Township will hold its first annual township-wide clean up Sat., Nov. 4. The Middle Township Environmental Commission, along with Public Works and Administrative staff, is organizing this event and invites community groups, sports teams, families and individuals to come out and help beautify the Township.
“I am extremely proud of the hard work and dedication of the Environmental Commission members. We anticipate community support from individuals and groups on the 1st Annual Community Clean Up Day. Please join in and show your community pride,” stated Mayor Susan Delanzo.
Over a dozen areas have been targeted for clean up, and donations of supplies are being gathered.
Check in will begin at 8 a.m., Nov. 4 at the Martin Luther King Center in Whitesboro. All volunteers are invited back to the King Center at 11:30 for lunch.
