Middle Township Looks Forward to 19th Annual Harvest Fest

COURT HOUSE – Middle Township will host its 19th annual Harvest Festival Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The downtown area of Mechanic Street near Township Hall will be abuzz with family fun for all ages. With over 120 vendors, Harvest Fest will feature food, crafts, entertainment, amusement rides, balloon artist, pumpkin decorating and more. The event will also include special appearances between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
A costume contest for children up to age 10 will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Pets will have a chance to showcase their costumes in a contest from 3:30 to 4 p.m. All costume contest participants must be pre-registered by 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 22. Forms are available online at www.middletownship.com on the Recreation Department page, and will also be available at the ticket booth during Harvest Fest.
“All of us at Middle Township eagerly anticipate Harvest Fest each year,” said Mayor Michael Clark. “It has grown into a truly unique event that is fun for the whole family and showcases our community spirit. I am very grateful to the Township departments and volunteers who help make the day possible.”
The Harvest Fest rain date is Oct. 23 from noon to 5 p.m.
