COURT HOUSE – Theatre fans will be able to take their entire families to the theatre at a free early bird presentation at the Performing Arts Center of Middle Township on Tuesday night, March 1.
Managing Director, Kay Aspell has announced there will be a 6 p.m. showing of the comedy, “Miss Nelson Is Missing” to accommodate the later bedtime hours of young and old. The play, to be performed by the Centenary Stage Company, is being presented at various venues throughout the state as part of the 19th annual Stages Festival of The New Jersey Theatre Alliance. It is the state’s largest annual theatre festival and encourages local audiences to attend professional productions in New Jersey.
“Miss Nelson Is Missing” is a play about a teacher who can’t control her classroom because she is too nice. When she disappears she is replaced by a teacher who is just the opposite and the students hire a private detective to find Miss Nelson and bring her back.
