COLD SPRING – Please join us July 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for the rededication of Cape Island Masonic Lodge No. 30. located at 1105 Seashore Road, Cold Spring, NJ. The Grand Lodge of New Jersey chartered this Masonic lodge Jan. 11, 1854.
The lodge will celebrate this occasion by using the time old tradition Masonic Corn-Wine-Oil ceremony, which will be open to family and friends. The Grand Master MW Anthony W, Montuori Grand Master of Masons for the state of New Jersey, and his staff will be on hand to perform this ceremony. This Lodge and Masonic fraternity has served the brethren and the community for over 150 years. Two of the lodge’s founding fathers Bro. Downs Edmunds, Jr and Bro. Virgil M.D. Marcy were among the founding incorporators of Sea Grove, which is now Cape May Point.
