On Thursday, Dec. 20, approximately 70 teachers from the Lower Township Elementary School District made local spirits bright with surprise caroling. Traveling by school bus, teachers visited the Lower Township Recreation Center, Cape May Dance Company and North Cape May Acme to belt out festive tunes.
