Lower MUA to Begin Routine Hydrant Flushing May 15

LOWER TOWNSHIP – Lower Township Municipal Utilities Authority (MUA) will begin routine hydrant flushing May 15 and continue through to May 22. Hydrant flushing will begin early Monday morning and continue on a 24-hour basis, up through completion on May 22.
Residents in the areas being flushed may experience temporary discoloration in their water while flushing is in progress. Residents are asked to refrain from using water for drinking or washing clothes until the discoloration disappears. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
