The Lower Cape May Little League will be holding its Annual Meeting on Tue., Nov. 1, 2011, at the Town Bank Fire Hall at 7:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend.
If you participated in our league during 2011 as a Manager, Assistant Coach, Volunteer Umpire or Team Parent, you are considered a Regular Member and are eligible to both vote for the Board of Directors and run for a position on the Board. We hope that you can join us at the Annual Meeting and will continue to volunteer within our organization in the future.
There will be several topics on the agenda for the Annual Meeting including:
1. Annual League Summary to review the condition of LCM Little League.
2. Determine the number of people who will serve on the Board of Directors for 2012.
3. Elect the Board of Directors for 2012.
