CLAYTON – The Miss New Jersey’s Outstanding Teen pageant will be held Jan. 27, at Clayton High School Performing Arts Center, 55 Pop Kramer Blvd., Clayton.
Twenty of New Jersey’s most talented, intelligent, and community-minded young women will be vying for the title of Miss New Jersey’s Outstanding Teen.
Each contestant has already won a local title and will be representing that title at the state pageant.
At last year’s pageant, Augostina Mallous of Court House was crowned Miss New Jersey’s Outstanding Teen 2017. She has made appearances throughout the state supporting both her platform, Get Ahead of the Game: Concussion Awareness, and the national platform, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
This year’s pageant contestants from Cape May County include Isabella Freund of Seaville and Madelyn Hays of Cape May.
Freund is Miss South Shore’s Outstanding Teen; her platform is Make-A-Wish – Kids for Wish Kids, and her talent is piano.
Hays is Miss Stars & Stripes’ Outstanding Teen; her platform is Living Heart Healthy, and her talent is acrobatic dance.
