WILDWOOD CREST – Every year, countless sand castles are built on the Jersey Shore, with both professionals and amateurs contributing to this summer art form. One of these enthusiastic sand-sculptors is Larry Lohman.
A local sand artist, Mr. Lohman has been decorating the beach with crowd-drawing castles since last summer, during which he won the Cape May Amateur Sand Castle competition.
Mr. Lohman started his latest piece Thurs, Aug. 11, at approximately 6:30 a.m., on the Wildwood Crest beach at St. Louis Avenue. All are welcome to come and see.
