Life Rolls On (LRO) is a non-profit 501(c)3 Foundation that exists to be a grassroots resource and an advocate on behalf of young people who have sustained a spinal cord injury (SCI). Their tagline, “Instilling in people that life with SCI does indeed roll on.”
Since the inaugural LRO East Coast Golf Tournament in September of 2006, we have raised over $85,000 for the organization.
With all of your support and fundraising, we have purchased a beach wheelchair for the City of Cape May so that everyone can enjoy the beaches and ocean in our fine town.
Your efforts are also evident on the beach entrances in Cape May, as last summer the “Dangerous Shrebreak” signs were installed in an effort to prevent more SCI’s from occurring.
This year, Life Rolls On will host ‘They Will Surf Again’ (TWSA) on Sept. 27 in Wildwood Crest.
TWSA connects dozens of volunteers, with a handful of injured surfers, together for a day of excitement, joy, and best of all, surf!
If you sign up prior to September 15, all entry fees and sponsor packages will stay at the original costs of the first year’s event.
Register for They Will Surf Again if you are interested in helping on this amazing day (liferollson.org/twsa).
Lower Township – Who are these people that are obvious experts on trash cans and leaf pick-up? Maybe they don't have any trash to put out or leaves in their yard!!
