The Kitchen Phanatics is the 4-H cooking club. We meet the first and third Mondays of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. At each meeting, we prepare different foods and discuss how you can personalize each recipe. Our club prepares a luncheon for the judges the week of the 4-H Fair. Our one fundraiser takes place during the 4-H Fair. We bake chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies to sell at the fair. This fundraiser provides us with the funds that we need for the year. We also sponsor a creative food show in which the entrants have to prepare a dish and a full menu, both of which are judged. This year we are planning to do something along the lines of an Iron Chef theme. We are always accepting new members. Please come out and support our kids at the fair.
