Hornets to Compete at Mawa Eastern Nationals

UPPER TOWNSHIP – This past weekend, over 20 Upper wrestlers traveled to Salisbury, Maryland, aiming to place top 4 in their weight class to advance to Mawa Eastern Nationals in early May.  Five hornets advanced and will chase after a national championship. Dom Schultz battled his way into the finals and earned his region championship in the bantam 60 pound division. Jackson Smith Midget 60, Frank Bennet Midget 70, Nick Layton Midget 85, and Braydon Castillo Junior 98 all took 4th. Hornet Alumni Conner Boal placed 3rd in the Advanced 160 division.
