COURT HOUSE – Area families are invited to attend Holy Redeemer Hospice’s Tree of Lights Celebration at the Sand Barrens Golf Club on Dec. 8, from noon to 2 p.m. The event raises funds to help care for those facing life-limiting illness and provides families with the opportunity to honor the special people in their lives, who have passed, with beautiful twinkling lights.
The lights will be lit on a tree in memory of loved ones at an interfaith prayer service and will remain lit throughout the holiday season. In addition to offering bereavement support for Holy Redeemer Hospice families for 13 months following the loss of a loved one, Holy Redeemer Hospice offers support groups to the community as part of its mission to care, comfort, and heal.
