SEA ISLE CITY – This municipality recently announced that Chief of Police Thomas D’Intino, will be stepping down from his position to retire.
According to information provided by Business Administrator, George Savastano, “The chief is scheduled to retire at the end of January 2018. His retirement has been planned for some time, and currently, Capt. Anthony Garreffi is the designated officer-in-charge while the chief uses available leave time prior to retirement.
“Chief D’Intino has more than enough service time to retire, and the decision to retire is solely his,” Savastano continued.
“There is no doubt the city will sorely miss the leadership and skill of this highly-decorated and credentialed police professional who has dedicated his career to law enforcement.”
