Teammates – Things are pretty quiet at the Herald office today. Due to severe winter storm conditions, most staff members are working remotely to sustain news operations, minimize adverse business impacts and conduct routine operations to the degree possible.
Given the weather forecast, and thanks to our diligent staff, we expect a normal schedule for upload and delivery of this week’s print edition.
Precipitation is expected to end Monday afternoon; however, as temperatures drop overnight, road conditions may deteriorate and be especially hazardous early Tuesday morning.
At this time, we plan to resume normal office/business operations Tuesday morning, but BE SAFE.
Any staff member with questions regarding work schedules or business operations should contact your supervisor or department head. If you are unable to reach your department head, contact Preston – pgibson@cmcherald.com, 609-408-4110.
If anyone observes anything of particular interest over the course of the storm, please relay the information (photos, etc.) to Newsdesk@cmcherald.com.
Be safe; stay tuned to weather reports and to The Herald!
