Grappling, mixed martial arts come to Wildwoods

Grapplers from all over the tri-state area will return to the Wildwoods for the 10th Annual Battle at the Beach Grappling Tournament, Aug. 1-2 in the Oceanfront Arena at the Wildwoods Convention Center, 4501 Boardwalk.
The tournament will feature over 300 Gi and no-Gi divisions. Adult competition will be held on Saturday and teen competition on Sunday.
Doors open at 8 a.m. both days. Tickets purchased at the door will cost $15. Tickets can also be purchased, prior to the event, online at www.nagafighter.com for $10.
Mixed Martial Arts Reality Fighting will take over the Oceanfront Arena at 8 p.m. Aug. 1, after the adult grappling competition.
Fifteen MMA fights will take place in a 30-foot hexagon cage during this event. Tickets for the event start at $30 and can be purchased both online and at the door.
