COURT HOUSE – Rutgers Cooperative Extension’s Family and Community Health Sciences Department will hold an information session entitled “Quick and Thrifty Meals” for the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group. The event will be held Jan. 28, 2016 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Building located at 355 Courthouse-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House. (Turn at the light at ACCC, it is the first building on the right). The building is handicap accessible.
The program will focus on preparing quick and nutritious meals using fresh ingredients that are easy on the budget and that the family will love. Childcare will be provided for the grandchildren. A light supper for the grandparents and grandchildren begins promptly at 5:30 p.m., and the program will follow at 6:00 p.m.
