COURT HOUSE – Cape May County children recently donned commencement caps and received certificates recognizing their family’s completion of a three-year parenting and child abuse prevention program during an outdoor ceremony and picnic at the Cape May Zoo. The free and voluntary program, Cape May Healthy Families TIP (TANF Initiative for Parents), provides information on health care education, literacy and parenting tips to parents with young children.
