Stone Harbor will have a “Fall Group Exhibition,” with paintings by Rae Smith, Michael Schweigart, Signe Sundberg-Hall, and Wendy Tribulski at Peter McPhee Fine Arts, 9416 Second Ave. through Oct. 4.
Rae Smith, elected Master Pastelist by the Pastel Society of America in 1997, has exhibited her pastel paintings and oil paintings throughout the United States as well as Japan, China, France, Italy, Russia, and Canada.
Michael Schweigart attended Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) where most of his energy was centered on drawing and painting.
Working primarily in acrylics, his realistic paintings focus on the New Jersey coastal and rural settings where he grew up and now lives.
Signe Sundberg-Hall, a University of the Arts honors graduate, has received awards from The National Arts Club of NYC, The Franklin Mint, Villanova University, Fine Arts Council of Milford CT, and Artist’s Guild of Delaware Valley.
Wendy Tribulski is an accomplished artist who lives year-round in Avalon. Her pastel and oil landscapes capture the light of a particular moment on the marshes or beaches of her barrier island.
Hours for the exhibit are daily 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
