TOWN BANK — Lower Township police remind motorists and residents of North Cape May and Town Bank that Clubhouse Drive will be closed on July 7 from Townbank Road to Elwood Avenue for the annual Whale of a Day Festival.
Traffic will be diverted onto Shore Drive from 6 a.m. until 5 p.m. that day.
The festival is a community gathering that annually attracted crowds to numerous food and vendor stands. Entertainment centers around the club house grounds.
