Villas VFW Post Honors Comrades in Arms

VILLAS — VFW Post 5343 held Veterans Day services Thur., Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. featuring presentations from Bill Howard, commander; Stan Crowley, chaplain and Lower Township Mayor Mike Beck. A special proclamation was read by Vince Pale honoring all POWs. Nismah Osman of North Cape May, a junior at Lower Cape May Regional High School, sang “The National Anthem.”

VFW Post 5343 color guard, included Russ Everson, Bob Fern, Vince Pale, Joe DiMascio, Bill Thomas and Jim Keever, Chuck Bitting, Bob Donaghy and Art Woolford.
