UPDATE: Police Locate Runaway Juvenile

WHITESBORO — Less than an hour after issuing a release of a runaway, Middle Township police were able to locate the missing juvenile.
Police said Michael Dickerson, of the 100 block of Lena Street, Whitesboro, left his residence Tuesday, Feb. 17 in the evening and his whereabouts were unknown until 2 p.m Wednesday, Feb. 25.
Prior to running away, he was picked up by Lower Township police for resisting arrest. According to a release, he was picked up by his mother at Lower Township Police headquarters and transported back to his residence. Dickerson fled when his mother went to bed, police said.
According to police, Dickerson was suspected to be traveling with another juvenile runaway, Devonnte Thomas, of Clermont.
According to police radio calls, Dickerson was spotted in a vehicle and pursued to Indian Trail Road in Burleigh where police took him into custody.
