COURT HOUSE – The Reverend Juan B. Boneta was honored on Sat., Oct. 1, 2011, for his forty-seven years of pastoral ministry, which began in the Borough of Woodbine.
Reverend Boneta was instrumental in establishing the First Latin American Pentecostal Church of God in Woodbine, where he served from 1964 to 1975; during that time, he oversaw the payment of two mortgages for that church. Subsequently, he also over saw the payment of mortgages at churches in Newark and Vineland)
Reverend Boneta began his first ministry at his mother’s home in Vineland, New Jersey, in 1958.
He was ordained to complete ministry in 1972, and also served in Silver Springs, Maryland from 1975-1978; Newark, New Jersey from 1978 to 1982, and Vineland from 1982 until the present.
He has directed the radio program “Pentecostes En Marcha” since 1976.
He has held various positions within the Organization of the Pentecostal Church of God I.M. Eastern Region; and has traveled to mission locations in Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Venezuela, Santo Domingo, and St. Croix.
