Rain Forces Middle to Shift Festival

COURT HOUSE — Due to the forecast of heavy rain on Saturday, Oct. 25, Middle Township Recreation Department has postponed the annual Olde Tyne Harvest Festival until Sunday, Oct. 26 from noon until 5 p.m., according to Recreation Director Chuck McDonnell.
The event will take place on Mechanic Street from Route 9 to Boyd Street, and that street will be closed to vehicular traffic.
Some of the events of the day will take place in the municipal parking lot while others will be in the county parking lot behind the courthouse.
