Public Invited to Pay Tribute to Fallen Officers May 10 at 11 a.m.

CREST HAVEN — The people of Cape May County are invited to participate in Law Enforcement Memorial Day Tue., May 10 at 11 a.m. at the Public Safety Training Center monuments, Crest Haven Road.
Tributes will be paid to those from among the county’s police officers who died or were killed in the line of duty.
They include:
Officer Harry E. Shores, Ocean City Police Department, Chief Philip DeSantis, Woodbine Borough Police Department, Officer Michael Cullinane Sr., Sea Isle City Police Department, Officer David C. Douglass Sr., Lower Township Police Department, Officer Eugene Miglio, Wildwood Crest Police Department and Trooper Bertram Zimmerman, New Jersey State Police, Troop “A” Tactical Patrol Unit.
Wreathes will be placed by the recruit police officers from the Cape May County Police Academy, Policeman’s Benevolent Association locals from Ocean City and Cape May County and Cape May County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7.
