OCEAN VIEW – Ocean View resident Regina Juliano received the Kelly Vaughn Chase Memorial Academic Award at the Neumann University Academic Awards Convocation on Friday, April 29. Dr. Joseph Gillespie, dean of the division of education and human services at Neumann, and Jeanmarie and Christopher Chase presented Juliano with the award.
