OCEAN CITY – The City recently honored the return of Senior Airman Russell Graham who just served a six month tour of duty in Iraq.
Russell was presented with “welcome home safely” gifts from the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce as well as a piece of the walk from the City.
Russell was born and raised in Ocean City and his father Russell Graham, Sr. works for the Ocean City Public Works Department.
