COURT HOUSE – Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center celebrated the 100th Birthday of Collette Lombardi on Sept. 17, 2013 in the Main Recreation Room. The party included a birthday cake, refreshments and musical entertainment provided by The Good Timers.
Collette Lombardi was born on Sept. 30, 1913 in Camden and grew up in Collingswood, New Jersey and worked as a secretary for a Title Company. On June 22, 1940, Collette married James Lombardi and had one daughter named Collette. Additionally, they have two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. & Mrs. Lombardi retired to Ocean City, NJ in 1972 where they enjoyed many of the area attractions. They especially enjoyed dancing and dining every weekend at The Crap Trap in Somers Point. Mrs. Lombardi enjoys reading novels, sewing, watching soap operas, and gambling.
