Lower Township Dispatcher Spearheads Kids’ Toy Drive

ERMA — The Lower Township Kids’ Christmas Toy drive is again seeking donations to help children in the municipality.
Under the direction of Dottie Crawford, and in conjunction with Lower Township Police Department, the toy drive has provided Christmas gifts and food baskets to many children and their families.
Crawford, who is employed in the dispatch center, has overseen the program for the last 30 years.
New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at any time at Lower Township Police Department. They may also be dropped off at Lower Township Municipal Building, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas.
Monetary donations are also welcomed, according to a release, and should be addressed to Lower Township Kids Christmas, attention Dottie Crawford, Lower Township Police Department, 405 Breakwater Road, Erma, N.J. 08204
