King Neptune Fest Planned July 23

TOWNSEND’S INLET — Vendors and neighbors are being sought to the King Neptune Festival indoor nautical sidewalk sale and auction. The event is hosted by the South End Neighborhood Association.
The event will take place July 23 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Townsend’s Inlet Civic Center, 138 85th St., Sea Isle City.
Featured will be nautical items, coastal art, home décor, jewelry, and crafts.
At 8 a.m., King Neptune will begin the give-aways. At 9 a.m., junior King Neptune and Mermaid costumes will be judged.
At 10 a.m., an auction will begin, and at noon, seashell contest winners will be announced.
Table space is available for $30 for a three by eight table and two chairs.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All proceeds benefit Townsend’s Inlet Civic Center Restoration Fund.
