TEEN SCENE
Rebel: youth group which empowers other youth to make informed choices about tobacco use meets the first Monday of each month from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Cape Assist’s offices in Wildwood, 3819 New Jersey Avenue.  New members are welcome.

CAREER DAY – Becka Arenberg of the Herald newspaper’s advertising staff spoke to fifth and sixth graders at Sandman Consolidated school about working at a newspaper.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY – Margaret Mace School students enjoy Read Across America Day with performance poet Lamont Dixon, as the Cat in the Hat. Students celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday on March 2.
TEXAS CONNECTION – Youngsters in the County Pre-School at the Cape May County Technical School District celebrated Read Across America Day March 3 with a video visit to the Hutsell Elementary School kindergarten class in Texas via distance learning and the smartboard. The children talked about where they lived and had their Dr. Seuss hats ready when it was time to read a story to their friends in Texas.
