OCEAN CITY — Army Reserve Maj. Christian E. Jenni, son of Richard and Sharon Jenni of this community, is returning to the U.S. after a deployment to Iraq or Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom or Enduring Freedom, respectively.
Jenni, a company commander, is assigned to the 405th Civil Affairs Battalion, Pleasant Grove, Utah. The major has served in the military for 13 years.
He is a 1988 graduate from Absegami High School, Absecon, N.J., and received a bachelor’s degree in 1996 from Baylor Young University, Provo, Utah.
