COURT HOUSE — At the 11 a.m. service on Sun., Sept. 5, Rev. Raymond Hughes, represented the congregation of First United Methodist Church here to dedicate the Betty DeVico Memorial Garden that transformed the front landscape of the church.
In attendance was Samuel S. Pastor Ted Osler conducted a similar dedication at the 8 a.m. service.
