MAYS LANDING – At Cape May Tech, May 13th, 5 seniors presented their senior projects. Each student was required to pick a region of the country, develop a menu, plan the meal, design the table and centerpiece, order the food and cook and serve all of the meals. The regions ranged from Southwest and Southern to West Coast and New England.
