Cape Assist Sets Program For Seniors

WILDWOOD — Cape Assist announced a new W.I.S.E. session is being offered.
This six week course is open to all adults ages 60 and over. It will cover such topics as Healthy Life Styles, Celebrating this Exciting Stage of Life, and Becoming More Empowered with Regards to Your Health.
Lunch will be provided and a $50 gift card will be awarded to each participant who completes the course.
The next session starts July 14. It will be held each Friday from 12 p.m. –2 p.m. at the J. Byrne Community Center in Wildwood.
