There was an appearance of the reigning Miss North Wildwood, and Atlantic City Firefighter’s Sandbaggers Irish Pipe Band.
Babies were grouped in seven categories from the most attractive baby boy, baby girl, best dressed to the ones with the best floats. According to Paul Russo, one of the judges picking a winner was a difficult task with such great contestants.
