Benjamin Conlin, of Court House, has earned Honors for the fall semester of the 2015-2016 academic year at the University of New Hampshire.
Students named to the Dean’s List at the University of New Hampshire have earned recognition through their superior scholastic performance. Highest Honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Students with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.

Stephen Bond, a resident of Avalon, was honored for academic achievement by being named to the Dean’s List at Delaware Valley University for the Fall 2015 semester.

The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that 4,986 undergraduates have qualified for the Fall 2015 Dean’s List. The students represent nearly all of Rhode Island’s cities and towns, all six New England states, New York and New Jersey, other states and 18 countries.

To be included on the Dean’s List, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average qualify for the Dean’s list. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.30 quality point average.

Alexa Deegan of Stone Harbor is studying abroad in New Zealand for the Spring 2016 semester as part of the Champlain College Global Partners Program.
Champlain Abroad has campuses in Dublin, Ireland and Montreal, Canada in addition to global partnerships with institutions around the world. The courses offered at the Champlain Abroad campuses fit across majors with a variety of professional, liberal arts, and interdisciplinary options that provide students with an understanding of culture and global perspective.

Miranda Rausch of Ocean City excelled during the Fall 2015 semester, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the Dean’s List at Hofstra University.

Local residents were among more than 1,550 students named to The University of Scranton Dean’s List, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2015 fall semester. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the Dean’s List.
Olivia Gillespie of Woodbine is a senior English major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
Melissa Scott of Ocean City is a freshman management major in the University’s Kania School of Management.

Joshua Handshaw of Ocean City, has been named to Millersville University of Pennsylvania’s Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester. The 1,506 students named to Millersville University’s Fall 2015 Dean’s List earned a semester grade-point-average of 3.50 or higher and attempted at least 12 credits of course work.

Students have been named to the University of Delaware Dean’s List for the fall 2015 semester.
To meet eligibility requirements for the Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of 3.33 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the semester.

Approximately 2,248 students have made the Fall Semester 2015 Dean’s List for academic achievement at Coastal Carolina University.
To qualify for the Dean’s List, freshmen must earn a 3.25 grade point average, and upperclassmen must earn a 3.5 grade point average. To qualify for the President’s List, students must earn a 4.0 grade point average. All students must be enrolled full time.

Wesley College student, Glenn Patrick Aruta, a nursing major from Court House, presented a poster at the Wesley Society Gala Jan. 9 at the Duncan Center in Dover.
The Gala is a special event that serves to recognize Wesley College’s most generous donors while also highlighting the accomplishments of some extraordinary students who benefit from the donations. The 11 selected students were invited to share their campus activities, academic accomplishments, and future plans outlined on their posters with the guests.

Over 1,400 students were named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester at York College of Pennsylvania. To be eligible for this honor, a student must be registered for at least 12 academic credit hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher.
Dinae DeMayo of Wildwood, a first-year Nursing major, has been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester.
Austin Parker of Cape May, a senior Criminal Justice major, has been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester.
Morgan Tozour of Court House, a senior Nursing major, has been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester.
Hailey Wade of Court House, a senior Hospitality Management major, has been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester.

Ryan Givens of Ocean City was named to the Dean’s List at Lehigh University in the fall 2015 semester. This status is granted to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses.

Wildwood Crest resident Peter Paul Yecco has been named to the dean’s list at James Madison University for the fall 2015 semester. Students who earn dean’s list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Yecco is scheduled to graduate in 2017 and is majoring in writing, rhetoric and technical communication.
