Area Resident Named AP Scholar

COURT HOUSE – Area resident, Jason Curtis, of Cape May Court House, New Jersey recently was named an Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar With Distinction in recognition of his exceptional achievement on the college-level AP Examinations. Curtis, son of Dr. and Mrs. John Curtis of Cape May Courthouse, is a 2013 graduate of Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School in Kingston, Pa.
Curtis was one of 27 Sem students and recent graduates who qualified for the AP Scholar With Distinction award by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
Wyoming Seminary is a coeducational day and boarding college preparatory school located in northeastern Pennsylvania; it enrolls more than 450 students in grades nine through 12, as well as a postgraduate year.
