Knitting Club
The Avalon Free Public Library will host Knitting Club on Dec. 3 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the library. All levels of knitters are welcome.
Video Game Day
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold Video Game Day on Dec. 5 from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m. All ages are welcome. The event is free and open to the public.
Apple Computer Class
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold an Apple Computer Class on Dec. 5 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Topic: Calendar and Address Book. Registration is required by calling 967-7155 or stopping by the circulation desk.
Online PC Computer Class
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold an Online PC Computer Class on Dec. 5 from 6 to 7:30. Topic will be Apps vs. the Internet. Further information and registration information can be found by visiting the Classes and Programs section of the library’s website.
Smart Phone Users Group
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold a Smart Phone Users Group meeting on Dec. 5 from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. Bring your smart phone with you to learn how to use its features. The instructor will be lecturing and answering questions on iPhones from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and Droid & Windows phones from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m.
Story Time
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold Story Time at 10 a.m. on Dec. 4 in the Children’s Library. Join us for stories, songs, and crafts for children of all ages.
Apple Beginner’s Computer Class

Creative Writing
