The Avalon Free Public Library will hold a PC Users Group meeting on Mon., April 16 from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Topic: Installing and Using Microsoft Security Essentials . No registration is required and the program is free and open to the public.
Knitting Instruction:
The Avalon Free Public Library hosts a Knitting instruction group every Monday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the library. All levels of knitters are welcome.
eReader/Kindle Workshop:
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold an eReader/Kindle Workshop on Tue., April 17 from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Bring your Kindle or other eReader and your questions. No registration is required and the program is free and open to the public.
Wii Game Day:
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold Wii Game Day on Wed., April 18 from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m. All ages are welcome. The event is free and open to the public.
Mac Computer Class:
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold a Mac computer workshop on Wed., April 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Topic: Basic Apple Computing. Classes are free but registration is required by calling 967-7155 or stopping by the circulation desk.

Outboard Motor Lecture and Demo:
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold an Outboard Motor Lecture and Demo on Thu., April 19 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Steve Schall, small engine repair instructor at CMC Tech School, will be covering both engine and hull preparation for your boat.
