Donations of Paper Towels

By Press Release

CAPE MAY — In the past, a local girl conducted a charity project for the Cape May Food Closet by entering the West Cape May Christmas Parade.
This year, the parade will be Dec. 1.
The girl, Annika Marks, Miss North Wildwood 2018, collected paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels) along the route. This project didn’t happen last year, and the Food Closet has suffered all year with a lack of paper products to distribute to clients, especially toilet paper.
A volunteer has offered to participate in the parade Dec. 1 to do the collection.
Those who attend the parade are asked to bring paper goods to donate.
The volunteer(s) will be pushing shopping carts along the parade route, and donors can deposit donations into the carts.
