On Friday, Oct. 6, the Dennis Township Regular Republican Organization will host its ‘Meet the Candidates Night’ at Shore Gate Golf Club. This year’s Republican endorsed candidates for Dennis Township Committee, Tom Van Artsdalen and Scott Turner, will be in attendance to meet with residents and answer any questions they may have about the candidates’ campaigns or their positions on any issue effecting Dennis Township. Also in attendance will be Republican endorsed candidate for Cape May County Sheriff and current Undersheriff, Bob Nolan. Mr. Nolan will likewise be available to meet with residents and answer any questions they may have about his campaign for Sheriff.
The meet and greet will be from 5 t0 8 p.m. at Shore Gate Golf Club located 35 Schoolhouse Ln., Ocean View. Admission is free. There will be complementary finger foods and one free drink per person, with wine and beer served at $2 per serving thereafter. All Township residents are welcome, regardless of political affiliation. This is meant to be an inclusive community-building event where the residents can get to know these Republican endorsed candidates and explore what they have to offer before making a choice during the upcoming election.
Further information on these candidates is available at the Dennis Township Regular Republican Organization’s website www.dtnjgop.com, or at the individual candidates’ Facebook pages @turnervandt and @bobnolanforCMCSheriff.
