Sea Isle City to Hold Halloween Parade & Dance Party, Oct. 21

SEA ISLE CITY – Sea Isle City’s Division of Recreation will host the resort’s annual Halloween Parade Oct. 21, starting at 7:00 p.m. along Landis Avenue, 45th to 40th Street, where a wide variety of eye-catching participants will walk, cruise along on floats and entertain spectators lining the parade route.
The Recreation Office is currently accepting applications for parade participants. Individuals, families and groups are invited to show their Halloween Spirit by appearing in the parade in the following categories: Walkers (up to age 12); Walkers (age 13 to adult); Families; Clubs and Organizations; Floats; and Non-Judged Entries. Trophies will be presented to the parade’s top entries – and the overall first place winner will also receive $25, provided courtesy of Crest Savings Bank.
Immediately following the Halloween Parade, spectators and parade participants are invited to attend Sea Isle’s annual Halloween Family Dance Party at the Excursion Park Band Shell, located on JFK Boulevard next to the Promenade. During the Dance Party, kids and adults will enjoy a variety of classic Halloween music.
