COURT HOUSE – The Performing Arts Center (PAC) of Middle Township will open its busy spring season of varied cultural programming over the weekend of April 6-8 with a series of regional dance competitions.
The PAC will be hosting On Stage New York, which currently is on a 16 state tour of competitions that began in Orlando and will end at Niagara Falls.
The public is invited to all the competitions being held at The PAC. Admission is free. For details on times, call 463-1924.
Kay Aspell, artistic director at The PAC, said On Stage New York is the first of a series of dance companies that will be appearing at The PAC this spring and summer, as well as local dance troupes that will showcase their talents in spring recitals.
Meanwhile, in the coming weeks,The PAC will be used in a variety of ways, functioning as a gallery for the county’s annual art show from April 9 to 27; and as a venue for the Precious Gem Mentoring Program on April 22; The Cape May Police Academy graduation on April 23, and the High School’s Step Team show on April 27.
