COURT HOUSE – The Cape May County Library will host the following events for children during the month of June.
Toddler Drive-In Movie
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 1-5, and their families to a Toddler Drive-In Movie to be held twice in June at the Lower Cape Branch. The first program will be held June 12 at 10:00 a.m. The second movie will be held June 17 at 1:00 p.m. The programs will take place at the Lower Cape Branch of the library located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Kids, ages 1-5, and their families are invited to join us for the Toddler Drive-In Movie! Design your own pirate ship out of a box and drop anchor as we show an animated version of one of your favorite kids books. All craft supplies and snacks will be provided.

Family Movies
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 6-12, and their families to attend our Family Movie programs that will be held throughout June. Movie nights will be held on Thursdays, June 15 and 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The movies will be held at the Stone Harbor Branch Library located at 9516 2nd Ave in Stone Harbor.
Kids, ages 6-12, and their families are invited to watch this month’s featured film on our big screen with surround sound! Watch the movie, enjoy snacks and drinks, and relax for free at your library! All of the movies are rated PG.

Kitchen Wizards
The Cape May County Library invites kids, ages 5-12, to Kitchen Wizards! The program will take place June 17 at 12:00 p.m. Kitchen Wizards will be held at the Main Branch of the Library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Kitchen Wizards helps kids discover the magic of cooking, one bite at a time, through culinary enrichment programs. Plenty of samples to take home and copies of recipes provided. Kids age 5-12 are invited to participate. Space is limited and registration is required. Recipes are not guaranteed to be nut-free. Please do not register your child if they have a nut allergy.

Little Builders Storytime
The Cape May County Library invites babies, birth to 2 years old, and their caregivers to a special edition of our Baby & Toddler Storytime held at our Wildwood Crest Branch in June. The storytimes will take place on Thursdays, June 22 and 29 at 10:00 a.m. The Wildwood Crest Branch is located at 6300 Atlantic Avenue in Wildwood Crest.
Come sing, dance, and read stories with us at the library this summer! Baby & Toddler Storytime is great for developing your child’s language and social skills. Storytime topics will complement our summer “Build a Better World” theme. Be sure to dress for mess! Some sessions may include optional arts & craft projects at the end.

Sciencetellers
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 4-12, and their families to attend a performance by Sciencetellers. This show will be presented at every branch in the library system throughout June.
Summer Reading Club Event! Ahoy! People don’t just build on land. They build on water, too! Set sail with us on a thrilling action-packed adventure about a crew of quirky pirates stranded on an island.
Throughout the story, volunteers from the audience will help us explore the incredible science behind clouds, combustion, air pressure, explosions and more. Don’t miss this refreshing nautical tale with a twist! While this program is best suited for kids ages 4-12 and their families, kids birth-12 years old are welcome.
Summer Reading Club Registration starts at these programs! Not to worry if you can’t make it, you can register at any time afterward, just don’t wait too long to join in on the fun!

Sea Creature Art
The Cape May County Library invites kids, ages 2-5, and their caregivers to a Sea Creature Art craft program. The program will be held June 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Sea Isle City Branch located at 4800 Central Avenue in Sea Isle City.
Make your own beautiful ocean landscape to take home! We’ll use watercolor crayons and paint for this fun project. Kids age 2-5 welcome to get messy at the library!
