COURT HOUSE — County Library Hosts 6th–8th Grade Book Group:
The Cape May County Library invites those in 6th to 8th grades to Book Clubs that will take place at two library branches in Nov.:
Join us on the following days:
Wed., Nov. 2:
2:30 p.m. – Woodbine Branch, 800 Monroe Avenue in Woodbine, (609-861-2501)
Thurs., Nov. 10:
6:00 p.m. – Upper Cape Branch, 2050 Tuckahoe Road in Petersburg, (609-628-2607)
Let’s get together and talk about what we like to read! We’ll have lots of books you can check out and you can hear what everyone likes to read. It’s a great way to find out about new, fun books! Open to grades 6-8 only.

County Library Hosts Dungeons & Dragons:
The Cape May County Library invites teens in grades 6-12 to play Dungeons & Dragons held from 3:00 to 4:15 p.m. on Wednesdays, Nov. 2, 9, 16, and 30. Dungeons & Dragons is held at the Main Branch of the library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Dungeons & Dragons is a role-playing adventure game involving quests, puzzles, and teamwork. If you’ve never played this game before, we will show you how! Bring your character or make one here.

County Library Hosts Game Night for Teens:
The Cape May County Library invites teens in grades 6-12 to Teen Game Night held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays, Nov. 3, 10, and 17. The programs will take place at the Main Branch of the library located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Play video games, board games, card games, and more! Open to teens in grades 6-12. No registration required. Just show up! All teens can visit and use all branches of the Cape May County Library.

County Library Hosts Harry Potter Party for Teens:
The Cape May County Library invites teens in grades 6-12 to attend a party in celebration of the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling and the release of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie. This program will take place at two of our branches in November.
We’re excited for the new movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them! Celebrate the Harry Potter fandom with fun activities, snacks, and crafts! Teens will also be entered into a raffle to win a Harry Potter themed prize.

County Library Hosts Harry Potter Wand Making Craft:
The Cape May County Library invites teens in grades 6-12 to make their own Harry Potter-inspired wand in celebration of the release of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie. This program will take place at four of our branches in November.
We’re excited for the new movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them! Take a quiz from Ollivander’s Wand Shop and make your own Harry Potter-inspired wand. All supplies will be provided by the library.

County Library Hosts 8-12th Grade Book Club:
The Cape May County Library invites those in 8th to 12th grades to a Book Club that will be held at 6:00 pm on Wed., Nov. 16. The program will take place at the Main Branch of the library located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
November’s book is Wonder by R.J. Palacio. Didn’t read it? That’s okay! Join us for the fun anyway. We’ll eat snacks, do crafts, and talk about each month’s book. Open to grades 8-12 only.

County Library Hosts Late Night Lock-In for Teens:
The Cape May County Library invites teens currently in grades 6-12 to a Late Night Lock-In that will be held from 4:15 – 10:00 p.m. on Sat., Nov. 19. This event will take place at the Main Branch of the library located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Join us for an evening of snacks, games, crafts, and more after the library closes for the evening! Open to teens currently in grades 6-12 only. A permission slip is required to reserve your spot. Permission slips will be available at all library branches and must be returned by Wednesday, November 16th to register.

County Library Hosts LGBTQIA Teen Night:
The Cape May County Library invites teens in grades 6-12 to LGBTQIA Teen Night held from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Mon., Nov. 21. The program will take place at the Main Branch of the library located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Do you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, or asexual? Are you an ally to individuals who identify in these ways? Join us at the Court House Library for a meet up. We’ll eat snacks, play games, make crafts, and hang out! Open to teens in grades 6-12.
