County Library Hosts Saturday Morning Cartoons:
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 5-14, and their families to join us for Sat. Morning Cartoons. The program will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays, July 2, 16, and 30 at the Main Branch of the library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Relive lazy mornings at the library. We’ll provide the cereal and classic cartoons, and you can bring your pillows and pajamas! Kids ages, 5-14, and their families welcome!

County Library Hosts Wild Animals with New Jersey Nature:
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 4-12, and their families to a presentation about wild animals presented by Steve Serwatka of New Jersey Nature. This program will take place at all of our branches in July.
Summer Reading Club Event! Come see Steve Serwatka of New Jersey Nature as he explains how he saves wild animals. He will even be bringing along some of the animals he has rescued for you to meet! While this program is best suited for kids ages 4-12 and their families, kids birth-12 years old are welcome.

County Library Hosts Little Champions Baby & Toddler Storytimes:
The Cape May County Library invites babies, birth to 2 years old, and their caregivers to Baby & Toddler Storytimes held at four of two of our libraries in July.
Come sing, dance, and read stories with us at the library this summer! Baby & Toddler Storytime is great for developing your child’s language and social skills. Storytime topics will complement our summer “On Your Mark, Get Set…Read” theme. Be sure to dress for mess! Some sessions may include optional arts & craft projects at the end.

The program will take place at the Lower Cape Branch Library Wednesdays, July 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. The Lower Cape Branch Library is located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Children ages six through ten are invited to enjoy Art @ the Library. Activities combine literature and art where children read a book and create a work of art using a variety of media and styles. The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 5-12, and their families to a presentation of “The Human Body” presented by The Franklin Institute. This program will take place at all of our branches in July.
Summer Reading Club Event! Come with us on a wild journey through The Human Body. Discover how nutrients in the food we eat are converted into the energy that keeps us on the move. We’ll learn how our muscles work, and what our blood actually accomplishes as it flows through our veins and arteries. Summer Reading Club Event! It’s time to go Rockin’ and Reading with Leonardo when he strums into town with his humorous, high energy musical program that inspires little rockers to become big readers! This highly interactive performance has plenty of sing alongs, hand signs, dance moves, and volunteers “jamming” with the band. Words, music, and movement come together in a celebration of possibilities. On your mark, get set…read and rock with Leonardo!
