County Library Hosts LEGO Club:
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 5 to 12 years old, and their caregivers to attend our LEGO Clubs. LEGO Club will be held at four of the library’s branches throughout March.
In order to develop a theme for each meeting, we’ll read books to get ideas about what to construct and then bring out the LEGOs and build, build, build! Parents are encouraged to stay through the meetings and build with their kids.
The next club will be held Sept. 10, 4:00 p.m. – Lower Cape Branch, 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas, (886-8999).

County Library Hosts Family Dance Party:
The Cape May County Library invites kids, ages 2-5, and their caregivers to attend a Family Dance Party to be held on Sept. 14 at 10:00 a.m. The program will take place at the Main Branch of the library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Kids ages 2-5 and their caregivers are invited to come show off their dance skills at the Court House Library! Put on your dancing shoes, bring your family and join us for a fun interactive program featuring music, movement and more!

County Library Hosts a Homeschool Social:
The Cape May County Library invites families to a Homeschool Social to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sept. 17. The program will take place at the Lower Cape Branch of the library, located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
The Lower Cape Library invites all families in the area who homeschool their children to a monthly social. Each month, we will explore a different subject area with stories and activities for the children. We will also provide books for further reading, and demonstrate databases and internet sources you can access from your home computer.

County Library Offers 4-H Cloverbuds Youth Development Program:
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 5-8, to register for a workshop hosted by Cape May County’s 4-H Foundation. The program will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 17. It will take place at the Lower Cape Branch library, located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Children ages 5-8 are invited to a workshop hosted by Cape May County’s 4-H Foundation. Each month, there will be hands-on activities to introduce children to a wide variety of 4-H project experiences. Parents and guardians encouraged to attend with their children. The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 3-8, and their families to a Butterfly Storytime to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sept. 26. The program will take place at the new Wildwood Crest Branch library located at 6300 Atlantic Ave in Wildwood Crest.
Come sing, dance, and read stories with us at the new Wildwood Crest library on Saturday, September 26! One Book, One Cape May Storytime for Kids is great for developing your child or grandchild’s language and social skills. This Storytime will be about butterflies to complement our first annual One Book, One Cape May. The session may include an optional arts & craft projects at the end.

Kids, ages 6-12, and their families are invited to watch this month’s featured film on our big screen with surround sound! Watch the movie, enjoy snacks and drinks, and relax for free at your library! This month’s film is rated PG.

The Cape May County Library invites babies, birth to 3 years old, and their caregivers to Little Heroes Storytimes to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Mondays, Sept. 14, 21, and 28. The storytimes will be held at the Lower Cape Branch of the library located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Little Heroes Storytimes are a special edition of our Teeny Weeny Storytimes. Come sing, dance, and read stories with us at the library this summer! Teeny Weeny Storytime is great for developing your child’s language and social skills. Storytime topics will complement our summer “Every Hero has a Story” theme. Be sure to dress for mess! Some sessions may include optional arts and craft projects at the end.
