County Library Hosts LEGO Club
The Cape May County Library invites children ages 5 to 12 years old and their caregivers to attend our LEGO Clubs. LEGO Club will be held at four of the library’s branches throughout May.
In order to develop a theme for each meeting, we’ll read books to get ideas about what to construct and then bring out the LEGOs and build, build, build! Parents are encouraged to stay through the meetings and build with their kids.
Join the fun at the following events:
Wed., May 6:
4:30 p.m. – Upper Cape Branch, 2050 Route 631 in Petersburg, (628-2607)
Thurs., May 14:
4:00 p.m. – Lower Cape Branch, 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas, (886-8999)
Wed., May 20:
4:30 p.m. – Sea Isle City Branch, 4800 Central Ave in Sea Isle City, (263-7301)

County Library Hosts Yoga for Youth
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 7-12, to attend a six-week session of Yoga for Youth to be held on Mondays, May 4, 11, and 18 from 4:15 – 5:00 p.m. The programs will take place at the Lower Cape Branch of the library located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Come join us for a 6-week session of Yoga for Youth with Tammy, a certified children’s yoga instructor at the Lower Cape Library. This class will explore the practice of yoga by learning basic postures, breathing techniques, learning the art of movement and of being still. Please bring a yoga mat and wear loose fitting clothing that allows for movement.

County Library Hosts Art @ the Library in Wildwood Crest
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 6-10 to Art @ the Library presented by the Cape May Center for Community Arts. The program will take place at the Wildwood Crest Branch Library Tuesdays, May 5, 12, 19, and 26 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. The Wildwood Crest Branch Library is located at 6301 Ocean Avenue in Wildwood Crest.
Children ages six through ten are invited to enjoy Art @ the Library. Activities combine literature and art where children read a book and create a work of art using a variety of media and styles. Parental participation is welcomed. These programs are presented by the Community Center for the Arts. For more information, call (609) 884-7525.

County Library Hosts Family Dance Party featuring Monkey Monkey Music
The Cape May County Library invites kids of all ages and their families to attend a special Family Dance Party event to be held at three library branches in May.
Join us for a very special Family Dance Party with a live band! Meredith LeVande is bringing Monkey Monkey Music to three of our library branches for an awesome time of dancing, music & fun! Monkey Monkey Music is on Public TV across the country; from New York to Los Angeles, and as far away as Alaska and American Samoa, families are watching Monkey Monkey Music videos on more than 100 public television stations. County Library Hosts Rainbow Loom Club
The Cape May County Library invites kids, ages 10-18, to join us for Rainbow Loom Club. The program will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tues., May 12. It will take place at the Lower Cape Branch of the Library located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Learn new patterns for the Rainbow Loom and meet with friends at the Rainbow Loom Club, a monthly meeting for ages 10-18. Bring your own loom and bands, or use ours.

The Cape May County Library invites kids ages 4-12 to our Homeschool LEGO Club to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thurs., May 14. The program will take place at the Main Branch of the library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Kids age 4 to 12 years old are invited to join our LEGO Club! The Homeschool Lego Club will meet the second Thursday of the month from 10:00am to 11:00am. Each meeting will have a theme. We’ll read a book to get ideas about what to construct and then build, build, build! Parents are encouraged to stay through the meetings; you can build with your children or network with other parents

County Library Hosts a Homeschool Social
The Cape May County Library invites families to a Homeschool Social to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Fri., May 15. The program will take place at the Lower Cape Branch of the library, located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
The Lower Cape Library invites all families in the area who homeschool their children to a monthly social. Each month, we will explore a different subject area with stories and activities for the children. We will also provide books for further reading, and demonstrate databases and internet sources you can access from your home computer.

County Library Offers 4-H Cloverbuds Youth Development Program
The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 5-8, to register for a workshop hosted by Cape May County’s 4-H Foundation. The program will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thurs., May 21. It will take place at the Lower Cape Branch library, located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Children ages 5-8 are invited to a workshop hosted by Cape May County’s 4-H Foundation. Each month, there will be hands-on activities to introduce children to a wide variety of 4-H project experiences. Parents and guardians encouraged to attend with their children. County Library Hosts Family Board Game Night
The Cape May County Library invites children and their families to attend Family Board Game Night, starting at 5:30 p.m. on Wed., May 27. The program will take place at the Lower Cape Branch library located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Bring the whole family to play board games at the Lower Cape Library! We’ll meet once a month with a selection of board games and card games, from Scrabble to Uno, Life to Checkers.

The Cape May County Library invites tweens, ages 10-14, to join us for Tween Game Day. This event will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Thurs., May 28. The event will be held at the Lower Cape Branch of the Library located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Tweens, ages 10-14, are invited to the Lower Cape Library to play board games, card games, and Wii games. Snacks will be served.
