WILDWOOD – The Cape May County Healthy Community Coalition, a community initiative of Cape Assist, presents “15 Minute Child Break” Presentation. This free substance abuse prevention parent education program is geared towards parents, schools, community organizations & businesses. “Parents who talk to their children about their activities an average of 15 minutes a day, have children that are 67% less likely to become an underage drinker” said Kim Mounce, Senior Coalition Coordinator. The presentation shows how to incorporate conversation into your schedule. The Guest presenter is Kyran Killian from the Partnership for a Drug-Free NJ.
